Age Requirement for Entry Gifted Minds International School
At GMIS, we accept students aged 3 to 12, providing a comprehensive and supportive learning environment. To ensure the best fit for each child’s educational needs, we have specified age requirements for each grade and specialist subject. Age Requirement
Subject to the placement assessment, a student will typically be enrolled into Gifted Minds International School in accordance to the following age group and transfer equivalent.
Curriculum Chart (for reference only)
Note: The curriculum chart shows the various ages and the corresponding grade/year level across the various educational systems. It is for the purpose of information only, and not to be used as Gifted Minds International School’s admissions criteria, as all applicants are required to undertake the assessments prior to admissions. The international cut-off date in the Netherlands is on 1st October. Every child who is accepted at GMIS will be placed in their respective grade based on the current age as on 1st October.
